At GuruMamba, we are dedicated to providing fast, reliable delivery for all of our customers.

🕐 Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Please note: Processing may occasionally take longer (up to 3–5 business days) during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days – Free on all orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days – Cost calculated at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other external factors.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. We’re working on expanding our services soon.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

🚫 Shipping Limitations

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.

  • Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed delivery. The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

GuruMamba is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We encourage customers to contact the carrier directly for claims.
